Casa Grande is a charming boutique hotel located in the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, opposite the Plaza de las Angustias. Jerez is famous for its horses, wines, and flamenco singing and dancing. The hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Royal Equestrian Art School, and its splendid wineries, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants (both traditional and modern), etc. It is only 10 km from Jerez Airport and 12 km from the nearest beaches of the Cádiz coastline. Initially conceived as a stately home, it was built by architect Teodoro Anasagasti in the 1920s and restored for its conversion in 2004 into Hotel Casa Grande. In a modernist style, Hotel Casa Grande stands out for its architectural elements: external balconies, the wrought iron of its windows, the galleries of the patio set on cast iron columns, and the harmonious lines of its iron railings.
